1. Description of Service

Taxt Me Back is a subscription-based text messaging service designed to support family connection through weekly prompts and check-ins. Depending on your subscription tier, messages may be sent to and from parents, kids, and/or couples.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By signing up, you give Taxt Me Back permission to send you SMS messages. Message frequency is 1–3 per week. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP, but doing so will cancel your subscription texts.

3. Subscription and Billing

Taxt Me Back is a paid service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial use

• Keep your contact info up to date

• Not misuse or share the service in a way that disrupts or harms others

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
